WEEKEND OF/Final Details SERVICES PACKAGE

 

We want you to have a truly wonderful wedding experience and we can offer help and guidance as you begin your planning process, then we will be there for the final detail planning.  Our Weekend of/Final Details package helps coordinate those final, finishing touches you don’t need to deal with.  We’ll create a timeline for the day of, we’ll coordinate with the vendors and we’ll make sure your wedding goes seamlessly and smoothly, so you can relax, soak it all in and enjoy every minute of your celebration.

Our Partial Services Package includes everything that the Weekend of/Final Details package boasts – and then some.  You’ll get our expert assistance planning your celebration, we’ll be by your side throughout the planning process and, of course, we’ll be there to coordinate your special day. This package is customized to fit your needs and are perfect for the bride who needs help finding vendors and accomplishing some of the more big-picture tasks.

 

With our Partial Service package, you’ll get:

  • Additional detailed planning meetings
  • Attend vendor meetings
  • Budget review and recommendations
  • Ceremony and reception floor plan design
  • Rehearsal dinner planning recommendations
  • Payment schedule reminders

FULL SERVICE PACKAGE

 

The Full Service package includes all of our Weekend of/Final Details Services, our Partial Services and much, much more. Designed for the bride who wants a truly five-star wedding experience, this package is our most inclusive.  It offers everything you need to execute a memorable event for you and your husband-to-be.  Best of all, it allows you to feel completely pampered throughout it all. You won’t have to lift a finger or experience any of that wedding planning stress; we’ll take care of everything – every stop of the way.

 

With our Full Service package, you can enjoy:

  • Detailed planning meetings as needed
  • Management of vendor selection and contract negotiations
  • Coordination of vendor meetings (we’ll attend them too)
  • Invitation consultation and selection assistance
  • Wedding weekend social events and rehearsal dinner planning recommendations
  • Assist with table seating plan and escort cards
  • Recommendations and assistance for wedding party and guest hotel accommodations
  • Assist with transportation arrangements
  • Detailed venue meeting with wedding design concept

Additional Services that may be added to any of our packages:
